To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following spa etiquette:
1. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to check-in, complete the consultation form, and begin your relaxation journey without feeling rushed.
2. Quiet Environment: Our spa is a place of tranquillity. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you speak softly and respect the quiet of other guests.
3. No Phones: For the comfort and privacy of all our guests, we kindly request that you turn off your mobile phones and electronic devices upon entering the spa. This ensures an undisturbed and relaxing experience for everyone.
4. Personal Belongings: We recommend leaving valuables at home. Kindly store belongings in your personal bags. Soul Solutions Spa & Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment when booking your appointment. This allows our therapists to customize your experience for your safety and comfort.
6. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another guest. Payment upfront is required upon booking.
7. Attire: Please bring your own towel and slippers for your use during your visit. For certain treatments, you may be asked to disrobe to your comfort level. Our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and professionally at all times.
8. Consultation: Before your treatment begins, a consultation form will be filled to ensure the services you receive are tailored to your needs. Please communicate your preferences and any areas of concern.
9. Age Requirements: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some treatments may have specific age restrictions; please inquire when booking.
10. Tips: Tips are not included in the price of our treatments but are graciously accepted.
